We work through positioning, pricing, and getting your first clients, using the corporate experience you already have as the foundation. Small groups and live sessions with direct feedback, so you leave with a business that runs, not a binder of theory.

Enrollment is $2,499 at the early rate when you register at least 45 days ahead. The next cohorts start Aug. 27 and Oct. 8, 2026, Thursdays at 9 a.m. PT. Sessions stay small, so everyone gets real time.

Common questions

Do I need a coaching certification?

If you plan to coach, yes. You'll be a better coach for learning the skill, and you'll need the credibility with corporate buyers.

Does this work if I want to build both a coaching and a consulting business?

Yes. Most coaches offer more than coaching, and a menu of services is how you build a financially successful one. We build yours with you.

What if I already have some pieces in place, like my LLC or a website?

Common, and welcome. The program pulls what you have together with what you still need, so you end with a clear picture instead of a pile of parts.

What if I miss a live session?

We record the sessions and share them within the cohort to watch within two weeks. The final session, where participants present their plans, stays private.

How big is the cohort?

Small, capped at 16. Enough for individual attention, and a peer network that lasts well past the six weeks.

How much time will it take?

Plan for a couple of hours outside each 90-minute session. Some weeks more, some less. You set the pace.
